What documents do I need for an international courier?
For most non-document shipments, a self-attested ID with address (Aadhaar, passport or voter ID) for KYC, plus an invoice or declaration of contents and value. Businesses usually add GST and IEC. We'll confirm what applies to you.
Do I need an IEC?
Not for personal shipments or gifts. An IEC is generally needed for commercial exports.
Can I send medicines or homemade food abroad?
Personal-use medicines can often be sent with a prescription and pharmacy bill (no narcotic or psychotropic drugs). Many countries, such as the USA and Australia, refuse homemade food. Rules vary by destination — ask us first.
How long does an international courier take?
It depends on the destination, service and customs. We'll share an estimate with your quote, but customs processing can't be guaranteed by any courier.
